Sending an order request through this site does not confirm an order. A custom cake, catering, or wholesale order is confirmed once our staff contacts you to arrange the details and timing. Custom cakes need 48 hours notice, and tiered or wedding cakes need 2 weeks.

We label common allergens on request, though we bake wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts in one kitchen and cannot rule out cross-contact.
